We’re proud to share that Acorn Group has been ranked 18th in the UK in the Great Place To Work® UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ 2026 list.
This is a significant achievement and a reflection of the culture we’ve built together. Even more impressively, the data used for this ranking was submitted before the launch of DRVN, our Women’s Network, showing the strength of the foundations already in place across the Group.
The Best Workplaces for Women™ ranking is one of the UK’s most respected workplace culture benchmarks. Great Place To Work® evaluates organisations based largely on direct feedback from female employees, measuring areas such as trust, fairness, leadership, inclusion, innovation and opportunities for growth. Eighty-five per cent of the assessment is based on women’s workplace experiences, with the remaining evaluation focused on representation across the workforce and management levels.
To be eligible, organisations must meet strict criteria around female representation and workplace culture, making a place on the list an achievement worth celebrating.
Moving up to 18th place this year represents a huge leap forward and highlights the collective effort of colleagues across the business who help make Acorn Group a place where people feel supported, valued and empowered to succeed.
